By purchasing, downloading, or using any MVP software or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

MVP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any product at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to ban any license for abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

• One license is valid for one device only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with MVP software will result in an immediate permanent ban with no refund.
• MVP is not responsible for bans, account suspensions, or penalties issued by FiveM, Rockstar Games, or any game server.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis through our Discord support team.

• Refund requests must be submitted via a Discord support ticket.
• Refunds will not be issued for bans resulting from misuse of the software.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting support will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
• MVP reserves the right to deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

We collect only the minimum data required to provide and secure our service. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

What we collect:

• HWID — your hardware fingerprint, used to bind and validate your license.
• Discord ID — used to link your license to your Discord account for support and verification.
• Username & password — stored securely with hashing. We never store plaintext passwords.
• Purchase records — processed via LemonSqueezy. MVP does not store payment card details.

Data is stored on secured servers and is never shared externally. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by opening a support ticket on Discord.

Every MVP license is cryptographically bound to a single hardware fingerprint (HWID). This is a permanent, non-transferable link.

• Each license is valid for one machine only. Using a license on multiple devices is not permitted.
• One free HWID reset is available per month, for legitimate hardware changes (new PC, motherboard replacement).
• HWID resets are handled through Discord support only. Requests are reviewed and may be denied if misuse is suspected.
• Reinstalling Windows or performing a factory reset should not change your HWID. A reset is not needed in these cases.
• Attempting to spoof or manipulate your HWID will result in a permanent ban without refund.

MVP software is provided for personal use only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination of your license without refund.

• Reselling, leasing, or redistributing your license or the software to any third party.
• Sharing your login credentials or license key with others.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any MVP component.

MVP software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, undetectability, or compatibility with future game or platform updates.

• MVP is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the FiveM / CitizenFX project.
• Use of this software may violate the Terms of Service of games or platforms you play on. You accept all risk.
• MVP is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice or compensation.
